MBLAQ shows off their manly side in the newly released music video Be a Man.
The members are dressed in suits and ties and have been given new, more mature looks. The song itself also shows a more grown-up version of their usual music with a slow R&B inspired beat and heavy strings in the background. The black and white toned video also features slow, sensual dance moves and soulful vocals.
Fans have been really impressed with the new song and image, leaving comments like, “I am in love with this song!!” and ”I keep coming back to listen to this song and video. It’s such a simple video… but wow they captured my heart in such a simple way!” Another fan stated, “I think this is officially my most favorite song of 2014 so far. Just… wow. Superb!”
Coming on the heels of Lee Joon’s sexy performance in the movie, “An Actor is An Actor,” it seems like MBLAQ is embracing a new, more mature image. If we had any doubts as to their intention, the song and MV title Be A Man leaves no doubt as to the direction they are taking.
