MBC now has to find another "Dae Jang Geum" for its sequel.
On May 19th, MBC announced that Lee Young Ae has officially declined the offer to star in "Dae Jang Geum 2","Lee Young Ae said due to her personal reasons she found it hard for her to continue staring in the sequel of the drama"
The production for "Dae Jang Geum 2" has been planned since 2009 but the filming keeps getting delayed since they had to wait for Lee Young Ae's response for the lead role.
"Dae Jang Geum 2" is scheduled to be broadcast this October.
