T-ara signs a 5 billion won contract with a Chinese entertainment company


T-ara will be advancing into Chinese market by signing a contract worth 5 billion won with a local entertainment company.

It was revealed that on September 5th, Core Contents Media and Longzhen Cultural Developement carried out a signing ceremony with the attendance of the CEO from both sides and T-ara members.

Longzhen Cultural Developement is a prominent company that has host concerts for many famous Asian stars such as Andy Lau, A-mei, Jacky Cheung and more. Upon seeing T-ara's potential in China, the company offered to the group a contract which worth 5 billion won and they are expected to raise up the annual income to 16.5 billion won.

T-ara will start their official promotions in China by having an formal signing event and a press conference on October 13th at Shinsegae Hotel in Beijing. Afterwards, they will be appearing in various popular entertainment programs in China as well as CFs, dramas, concerts and more.

Longzhen Cultural Developement also said that by signing with T-ara, it will help contribute in developing the Hallyu culture in China and also opening Korea-China cultural communication.
