Many fans are wondering if “Roaring Currents” will set the new record for the highest viewership ever, a title that currently belongs to “Avatar” at 13,624,328 views. At this rate, 14 million seems just around the corner.
Meanwhile, “Roaring Currents” takes places in the year 1597, when General Lee Soon Shin defeated 330 enemy ships with only 12 of his own. Also starring beside Choi Min Shik are Ryu Seung Ryong, Jo Jin Woong, Jin Gu, Lee Jung Hyun, Kwon Yul, Kim Tae Hoon, Otani Ryohei, Ko Gyung Pyo, and Noh Min Woo.
