“Doctor Stranger” leads Lee Jong Suk and Park Hae Jin show a playful side to themselves as they work on set of their drama.
SBS recently released behind the scene photos of the two actors that show Lee Jong Suk playfully smiling and Park Hae Jin showing both his character’s serious face as well as his own softer side. Park Hae Jin also leans on Lee Jong Suk, displaying the two actors’ friendly relationship on set.
In “Doctor Stranger,” Lee Jong Suk plays Park Hoon, a talented doctor who was kidnapped to North Korea as a child, and is currently now in South Korea in search of his first love. Park Hae Jin plays Han Jae Joon, also a highly skilled doctor who finds Park Hoon getting in the way of his ambitions and romantic relationship. While seemingly rivals, new revelations in the recent episodes hint that Park Hoon and Han Jae Joon have more in common than they think, leading to viewer expectations that these two characters might become unwilling “frenemies” in future episodes. These pictures surely show the potential.
“Doctor Stranger” airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10:00 PM on SBS.
