Seungri has been charged with over-speeding for his recent car accident.
According to Road Traffic Authority, after analysing the black box installed in his car, it was revealed that Seungri was driving at the speed between 100 - 110km per hour in a 80km limit zone when the accident happened. Also since he wasn't under the effect of alcohol at the time, he might be penalized with a fine if there was someone found being hurt from the accident.
The police is planning to summon Seungri for further investigation, but he has been readmitted to the hospital due to an extreme fever recently.
