2NE1 Minzy's older sister Gong Minyoung will release her 1st album next month.
On October 24th, Sony Music Entertainment announced that Gong Minyoung will make her debut with 1st official album titled 'Rebirth' on November 4th.
Unlike her sister Minzy who is a popular idol in the K-Pop industry, Gong Minyoung is a hidden singer and is known for showcasing her skills through CCM(Contemporary Christian Music) in the religious community.
Her first album 'Rebirth' will consist of 8 tracks and it was said that most of them are composed and written by Gong Minyoung herself. The album will be different from the standard CCM concept in which it will be mixed with various genres such as EDM, jazz, hip hop, R&B, creating a new unconventional music style.
