On an article by a writer from Manila Bulletin named Jonathan M. Hicap, the whereabouts of the cast of MBC's reality TV show 'Real Men' was disclosed.
The writer shared that upon the arrival of ZE:A’s Hyungsik, Super Junior M’s Henry, actor Kim Soo Ro, singer K.Will, Chung Jung-myung, Park Hyung-sik, Seo Kyung-suk, Park Gun-hyung, and Australian Sam Hammington in the Philippines on May 5th, they immediately flew to Leyte, a province in the Visayas Region which was greatly affected by the Super Typhoon Haiyan, to join Korea's Araw Unit in helping the victims.
The whole 'Real Men' group together with Korean soldiers particularly went to Mohon Elementary School in Tanauan, Leyte to rebuild their classrooms.
The Korea's Araw Unit ('araw' literally means sun, and figuratively means hope) is part of the country's humanitarian assistance efforts. To mention a few from their help, the unit has rehabilitated 10 elementary schools, five public facilities and one hospital in Tacloban, Leyte; rendered medical services; and granted scholarships.
May 10th, today, is the departure of 'Real Men' cast from the Philippines, the place where they did their first-ever overseas shoot. However, they left a mark that will be forever treasured by the Filipinos.
