Lunafly will enchant Italian Lukies

Few day ago KpopItalia, an Italian cultural association about K-Pop, gave the long-awaited announcement: Lunafly will have a concert in Milan on July 22nd. This will be the first stop of the 2014 MADE BY YOU LUNAFLY IN EUROPE tour, which will see the group playing also in Romania, France and Portugal.

Moreover  two lucky fans will be able to tour with the group on July 23th around Milan as members of the staff during the shooting of their new MV!

Lunafly is 3-member group under Nega Network who officially debuted on September 27th 2012 with the song How Nice Would It Be. But, before their debut, on August 31st, Jea, the leader of Brown Eyed Girls and their label mate, tweeted a photo of her and Lunafly on her  twitter account revealing the name of the group, calling them BEG’s junior and asking fans to show them their love.

The leader is the British-Korean Sam, who is also one of the two guitarists and composer; Teo is in charge of the piano, bass, percussion and gives also is contribute with singing; Yun, the maknae, plays the acoustic guitar, in addition they all share the vocalist spotlight. Lunafly is really a multi-talented group!

In order to decide their fandom name a contest was held for few days (in 2013) and the winning name was Lukie. The explanation of its meaning was given through the group’s official facebook “The literal meaning of the name LUKIE is ‘Lunafly’s Kingdom is Eternal’, while the hidden meaning is that Lunafly strives to remain humble and hardworking and keep their attitude as they are right now, as rookies in the music industry, even after they become more famous and more well-known around the world…”

A humble, hard-working and multi-talented group that finally will delight the European fans with its incredible sound and voices.
