TVXQ’s “Something” Remains on Top of Weekly Music Chart

There seems to be no end for TVXQ‘s domination on music charts.

Online music distribution service Soribada recently revealed that TVXQ’s comeback track “Something” has maintained its number one spot on their weekly music chart for three weeks, thus earning a triple crown for the achievement.

A representative of Soribada commented, “TVXQ’s ‘Something’ is the first song this year to remain on top for three weeks, and is continuing to stay there. Also, the Disney animation film’s OST is ranking high and recording exceptional numbers.”

On the weekly chart from January 20 to 26, Sistar‘s Hyorin placed second with “Man from the Stars” OST track “Hello.” Third was Disney’s animation movie “Frozen” OST song “Let It Go,” which is enjoying high popularity in Korea.

Fourth, fifth, and sixth placed latest songs by girl groups The SeeYa (“Tell Me“), 4Minute (“Only Gained Weight“), and AOA (“Miniskirt“). Seventh place went to Hong Dae Kwang‘s “No Answer,” and eight was Rainbow Blaxx with “Cha Cha.”
